A session on Zen Meditation and Mindfulness will be held Thursday, July 20, 4 to 5 p.m., at the Southeast Branch Library,

Settle your mind and body as you sit in still quietness. This program is ideal for those interested in initial instruction as well as those looking for a group to sit with in a peaceful setting.
