Heartfulness Meditation is a way of living being presented in a program Oct. 21, 10:30 a.m., at the Anastasia Island Library,
124 Sea Grove Main St., St. Augustine.
Whether you are seeking relaxation, an individual meditation practice, or the deepest connection to your inner being, Heartfulness Meditation is a simple, practical technique that you can use alongside to any other form of yoga, meditation or spiritual practice.
